ABOUT DALLAS

Dallas holds a master’s degree in education and has worked as an educator, coach, mental-health and performance specialist, and former Division I athlete at SUU. In 2020, he founded Growth Guide Co. and stepped fully into his mission of helping individuals and teams adopt, cultivate, and live a true growth mindset. Today, he equips leaders, athletes, learners, and teams with the mindset, skills, and tools they need to grow with purpose and perform at a high level. A husband, father of four, and purpose-driven entrepreneur, Dallas is committed to helping others master the mental game and thrive when (and where) it matters most.

BRANDON WINTER, CO-FOUNDER

Brandon, a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader, has spent over a decade building EdTech companies with a mission to help students and educators gain the skills they need to create meaningful impact. His work spans instructional design, high-growth sales, and building strong, mission-aligned teams. A husband and father of five boys, Brandon brings that same purpose home to Impact-Ed—fueling the future by empowering student-athletes, coaches, business leaders, and parents with the confidence, resilience, and tools to create lasting impact.

BRADEN BROWN, PARTNER

ABOUT BRADEN

Braden is the Associate AD & Director of Mental Health at BYU, a licensed mental health therapist, and a former Division I and NFL athlete whose passion is people. Blending his background in psychology with years of on-field experience, he has dedicated his career to whole-person development—helping athletes and leaders strengthen their minds, manage pressure, and perform with purpose. Known for his empathy, authenticity, and belief in human potential, Braden brings a rare combination of expertise and heart to every environment he serves. A devoted husband, father, and lifelong learner, he’s committed to helping people grow from the inside out.

ZACH VAN LEEUWEN, PARTNER

ABOUT ZACH

Zach Van Leeuwen is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) specializing in mental performance and well-being for athletes, families, and coaches. As the founder and owner of Cache Sports Therapy, Zach combines his clinical expertise with a deep passion for sport to help individuals navigate mental barriers, manage performance anxiety, and cultivate resilience both on and off the field. 

Before entering the mental health and performance field, Zach competed as a Division I athlete at Utah State University, where he played wide receiver for the Aggies football team. His firsthand experience in competitive athletics gives him unique insight into the pressures athletes face and fuels his commitment to fostering balance, confidence, and peak performance. 

PRICSCILLA TALLMAN, PARTNER

ABOUT PRICSCILLA

A standout volleyball player for The University of Georgia, Priscilla Tallman has earned numerous accolades, including First Team All-America honors in 1993 & 1994, SEC Freshman of the Year in 1991, and SEC Player of the Year in 1994. Her dedication and prowess led to her induction into Georgia’s Circle of Honor in 2006. Following her collegiate success, she played professionally in Geneva, Switzerland, and was a proud member of the USA National Team in 1994 and the World University Games Team in 1995.


After her illustrious playing career, Tallman has furthered her education, obtaining a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Vanguard University. Her passion for sports never waned, leading her back into coaching at the high school and club levels. In 2018, she took her expertise to collegiate sports as the Volunteer Assistant for the Arizona State University beach volleyball team, and in 2021, she became the Assistant Beach Volleyball coach at Arizona Christian University. Additionally, Tallman is the author of two books (30 Day Champions and 30 Day Return to Play) and is in the final stages of having her third book published.


She has been married to her husband, Richard Tallman, for 21 years and has two teenagers.
