Dallas Pruitt, M.Ed. — Co-Host
Co-Founder at Impact-Ed | Educator | Entrepreneur | Mental Performance Coach | Advocate of Life-long Learning
Dallas is committed to a simple idea: growth isn’t just about performance — it’s about becoming a better human. A former Division I baseball player, he chose to pursue a life's work in education because it felt like the place he could make the greatest impact with his gifts, talents, and passion for people.
In 2020, he went all in on that purpose, founding his first company, Growth Guide Co., to help others adopt and fuel a growth mindset as the catalyst for reaching their full potential. Over the last decade, Dallas has helped athletes, teams, and leaders build systems for lasting success. He specializes in mindset and behavioral design and currently serves as the mental health advisor for MTN OPS.
A husband, father of four, and lifelong learner, he leads with curiosity and conviction — helping others live the L.I.F.E. process to the fullest: Learn. Implement. Fail. EVOLVE.
